Local 1-2 Brothers and Sisters,

Twenty-two years ago on this day we were on the job in a stricken city. We will never forget the attacks, the death, the pile, and our Brothers and Sisters of Local 1-2 who did so much to restore lower Manhattan.

You became a shining example to the world. Local 1-2 Members didn’t have the time to contemplate the horror of that day. We had work to do and did we ever. We helped bring order to a fractured world. We stood strong then and we stand strong today. NEVER FORGET!
