A message from President James Shillitto

Local 1-2 Brothers and Sisters! Please come join your Union Brothers and Sisters of Local 1-2 and help celebrate Labor Day by marching in unity and solidarity on Saturday, September 9th in the 2023 New York City Labor Day Parade.

We will be gathering on W45th Street, Between 6th & 7th Avenue at 10 A.M. to enjoy our Fellow Union Brothers and Sisters, Co-Workers, Family and Friends, with food, drinks and music.

As always Local 1-2 encourages you to join with your family and kids. All who attend the parade and celebration will receive a Local 1-2 Labor Day Parade T-Shirt (Youth Sizes Will Also Be Available This Year.)

We will be stepping off 45th Street into the parade route at approximately 11:30A.M. As usual it should be a great time, hope to see you all there.

Labor Mass & Banner Procession:

For all who wish to join us at the Labor Mass & Banner Procession at Saint Patrick's Cathedral, please meet at the Cathedral at 8A.M. for the Banner Procession preceding the mass. The Labor Mass will start after the Banner Procession at 8:30A.M.
