We are very pleased to inform you that beginning with the first 2025 edition of The Record, it will be published electronically. While UWUA Local 1-2 will still be sending out paper copies of The Record to members and retirees who request them by filling out the enclosed request form, we are attempting to deliver The Record by personal email to as many members as possible. (Please note: We will not be sending The Record to company email addresses.) We will also be posting The Record on the Local’s website. In addition, paper copies will be available at the Union office and at the general membership meetings.
We are really excited about this positive change. This will ensure everyone receives our information as quickly as possible and help to keep all of you fully informed with what is happening in the Local. This will also enable us to improve our carbon footprint and provide a much more efficient way of keeping you up to date with events and information.
If you do not have a personal email address, please speak to your Business Agent, or even contact the office as soon as possible.
Please fill out the enclosed form and either give it to your Business Agent or mail it to the Union office at the address given at the end.
