The bill passed the House of Representatives in March and President Biden has said he will sign it if it passes the Senate. To push the Senate to pass the bill unions from across the country are taking part in a Week of Action from April 26th through May 1st to pass the PRO Act.
Here in New York, our two Senators have been leading the fight to pass the PRO Act. Even with them supporting the bill, the AFL-CIO is still asking us to give them a call or shoot them an email this week to thank them for supporting the bill.
